Our team will review your submission and determine if your offerings align with the Hall of Heroes ethos.

Step 3: Acceptance Notification
If selected, you’ll receive an acceptance email with further details.

Hall of Heroes Entertainer Guidelines

1) Professional Standards
Entertainers are expected to conduct themselves professionally and respectfully toward attendees, staff, vendors, and other performers at all times.

2) Content Appropriateness
Performances must be appropriate for the event’s audience and comply with all local laws, venue rules, and event guidelines.

3) Scheduling & Punctuality
Performance times, locations, and durations are assigned by event staff. Entertainers must arrive on time and be ready to perform as scheduled.

4) Equipment & Technical Needs
Entertainers are responsible for providing their own equipment unless otherwise arranged in advance. All sound levels must comply with venue limitations.

6) Setup & Breakdown
Performers must complete setup and breakdown within their assigned time frames to avoid disrupting the event schedule.

7) Costuming & Presentation
Costumes and props must be safe, non-obstructive, and suitable for public settings.

8) Merchandise & Promotions
Any sale of merchandise or promotion of services must be disclosed during the application process and approved by event organizers.

9) Safety & Special Requirements
Use of fire, weapons (including prop weapons), stunts, special effects, or animals must be disclosed in advance and approved in writing.

10) Acceptance & Compliance
Participation in an event constitutes agreement to comply with all entertainer guidelines, venue rules, and instructions from event staff.
